Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable, personal care, and clearance items may be excluded — contact us to confirm eligibility for a specific product before returning it.
Requesting a Return
Contact us with your order reference and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
